1988rich Terms & Conditions

By accessing the 1988rich platform at 1988rich.one, creating an account, or placing any wager or making any financial transaction on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement is entered into between you as an individual and 1988rich as the platform operator. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 1988rich platform and close your account if one has been registered. These Terms and Conditions apply in full and affect your use of the 1988rich platform. By using this platform, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set forth herein.

Use of the 1988rich platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. The 1988rich platform is strictly an adult gaming service and is not intended for persons below the age of 21.
2. You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded person on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity in registering or operating an account on the 1988rich platform.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1988rich or any of its affiliated game providers, and must not be a family member residing with any such person.

1988rich reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of funds pending verification.

Members must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of account registration and must promptly update their account information in the event of any changes. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the 1988rich platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.

As part of our obligations under internationally recognised anti-money laundering ("AML") and know-your-customer ("KYC") standards, 1988rich may require members to submit identity verification documentation including but not limited to:

1. Government-issued photographic identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
2. Proof of residential address dated within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
3. Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification process. 1988rich reserves the right to withhold account balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 1988rich platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1988rich supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time.

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
2. Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members before 9:00 PM MYT will generally be processed within the same business day. 1988rich does not guarantee processing times as these are also subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.
3. Withdrawal to verified methods only: All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 1988rich will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. Deposit refunds: Deposits are not refundable once credited to a member's gaming account except in circumstances of demonstrable technical error, at 1988rich's sole discretion.
5. Anti-money laundering: 1988rich is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. 1988rich reserves the right to request documentation of the source of funds used for deposits where deposits meet relevant thresholds or where suspicious activity indicators are present.

1988rich may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to members. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

1. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game types are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Only one bonus may be active on a member's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
3. Bonus offers are available to eligible members only and may be limited by account type, jurisdiction, or payment method.
4. 1988rich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Evidence of abuse of any promotional offer — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors — will result in the disqualification of the member from the promotion and the forfeiture of any associated bonus funds or winnings.
6. Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may apply as specified in individual promotion terms.

All games available on the 1988rich platform are governed by individual game rules as displayed within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in respect of financial and account matters.

1. Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. 1988rich will not reverse accepted bets except in the event of a demonstrable technical error affecting the outcome of the game.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game or slot session, 1988rich's determination of the outcome shall be final, subject to review by the relevant game provider.
3. Winnings are credited to the member's account balance upon conclusion of the relevant game round or event.
4. Sportsbook bets placed on voided events will be refunded as a stake return to the member's account balance.
5. 1988rich reserves the right to suspend betting markets or cancel bets where there are grounds to believe a market has been compromised by match-fixing or other integrity violations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1988rich platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

1. Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether under the same identity or any other identity;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game or betting market on the platform;
4. Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
5. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
6. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
7. Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or scrape any content or data from the 1988rich platform;
8. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting or gaming events.

1988rich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions; a member's failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspicious account activity including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, suspected fraud, or suspected money laundering; a valid request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body; or a member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy. In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, any funds held within the account may be forfeited. In all other cases of termination, account balances will be returned to the member following completion of applicable verification and review procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1988rich shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption; any failure or delay in the provision of gaming services attributable to circumstances beyond 1988rich's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events. The 1988rich platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1988rich makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its content. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 1988rich's liability in respect of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 1988rich.

1988rich is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Members are encouraged to use the self-management tools available within the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. Members who wish to self-exclude from the 1988rich platform may do so by contacting our support team via live chat, following which access to the account will be restricted for the selected self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. 1988rich also supports members who are experiencing gambling-related harm through referral to independent responsible gaming organisations. 1988rich reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 1988rich will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered members via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the 1988rich platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the member's binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 1988rich is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute between a member and 1988rich, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Members retain the right to seek resolution through applicable consumer protection channels in their jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights that members may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
